Reservation
Process
Please visit
our website or email us to check that your desired dates are available. You
will be sent a reservation form which should be completed and returned by
mail together with your deposit. We do need the original signed reservation
form and not a photo copy. If booking is less than 4 weeks before your
arrival then full payment must be sent with the booking form. Any balance is
due 4 weeks prior to arrival. No reminder will be sent when the balance is
due. Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of the signed
reservation form and after your deposit has cleared the bank. The signing of
the reservation form confirms acceptance of the Terms and Conditions by all
persons occupying the property.
Liability
No claim can be made on the owners or managing agents for accidents, loss
or injury (however caused). We strongly advise an all inclusive holiday
insurance cover. The owners or agents do not accept any liability or
responsibility for any injury caused as a result of the use of our property,
pool or clubhouse. It is the responsibility of an adult member of the party,
to ensure that children are always properly supervised when in the pool area.
(Although, lifeguards are provided at the pool area). Children are not
permitted in the pool, spa or pool area unattended. Posted pool rules must be
adhered to while in the pool area.
Rental Charges
The rental charge is for up to 6 guests (for 2 bedrooms condo) and 8
guests (for 3 bedrooms condo). NO PETS and NO SMOKING ARE ALLOWED. The charge
includes electricity, water, air conditioning, refuse collection, cable TV
service, local telephone calls, and the use of linens and towels. The rental
charge also does not includes all Florida taxes. A thorough cleaning of the
property will be carried out before and after occupancy. Rentals of less than
six days will incur a cleaning charge. It is expected that you will leave the
property in a reasonably clean and orderly condition. Excessive dirt or work
for the cleaning team will result in a charge to you.
Extra Charges
Check out time is 10:00 AM on the morning of departure. There is a charge
for late check out of $60.00. Guests will be charged (from deposit) for any
damage, loss or breakage in the condo or on the premises during your stay,
including stolen items. The property will be inspected both before and after
occupancy.
Age Limit
Florida Law requires that anyone under the age of 18 years old must be
accompanied by an adult. We will not allow any extra guests staying in the
condo beyond the allowed amount.
Cancellation
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, cancellation must be notified
in writing by the party leader whose name appears on the booking form. In
addition to Paypal refund fees (3% to 4% of your
deposit), Cancellation will incur the following charges:
Cancellation Policy: For a full refund, cancellations must be made 30 days
prior to the scheduled arrival date.
50% of deposit withheld if reservation is canceled within 15 to 29 days of
arrival.
No refunds for cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the scheduled
arrival date.
If the balance of payment is not received within 30 days prior to arrival,
the owners reserve the right to cancel the booking without any refund.
No refunds for early departure.
Insurance
We the homeowners or agents do not accept responsibility for any loss of
personal items while staying in the property or after departure. It is your
responsibility to take out appropriate insurance to cover all aspects of your
trip, and to ensure that passports, visas and other documents are in order.
Keeping valuables in the house is at your own risk, we accept no
responsibility for lost or stolen property.
A great deal of care has been taken to ensure the accuracy of information we
have provided. However, facilities and services may not be open or available
due to renovation/maintenance works, adverse weather, or damage by a previous
guest, that we have not had time to remedy before your arrival, etc. Where we
are aware that a facility or service advertised in the information provided
will not be available during the period of your stay, we will take steps,
wherever possible, to notify you prior to travel. Some furnishings may also
differ to that advertised.
We trust you will treat our condo with respect and that you will be
